What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. If you send an enquiry through our contact form or by email, that will typically include your name, email address, phone number, the organisation you represent (if any) and the content of your message.

Our web host may also record standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and pages visited, as part of normal server logging and security monitoring.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up where needed
• To keep a record of business correspondence
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
• To protect the website against misuse, spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing material unless you have specifically asked us to.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content — such as the Google Maps frame on our contact page and the web fonts used for typography — is provided by those companies and is subject to their own privacy policies. You can block third-party content through your browser settings if you prefer.

Your rights
